IT & Business Process standardization
Many organizations are standardising key organizational processes to be more predictable and in control.
This often means that the organization must also work according to new competences and/or with other proficiency levels.
New process descriptions and technology do not guarantee automatic adoption and needed behaviors.
In fact, reality shows that they almost never do.
